Twas the night before nano and all through the house…

I’m undertaking Nanowrimo again this time with more annual leave up my sleeve, which I’ve used to book off every Monday of November. I won last year with no annual leave, starting a new job just three days after nano so this time I’m fairly confident I have enough free time.

This year I’m writing a techno-thriller with the working title of Sine of Four. It’s essentially a murder mystery set in part in Bristol, my current city of residence. Murder mysteries are a first to me, as are techno-thrillers so once again Nanowrimo is giving me the chance to delve outside my comfort zone (fantasy) and try something new.

The novel I wrote is my first science-fiction piece will will become the beginnings of a series of novels. Although not yet finished, I think that what I’ve written will make a great found for subsequent drafts.

I will continue to post more information over the coming months.
